I would say my strengths are:

- Deep empathy for my team and my customers. I always want what is best for everyone.
- Strong technical aptitude. I find it easy to pick up and understand the nuances of new technologies.I would say my weaknesses are:
- Working as a lone wolf. I do my best work in a team where I can bounce ideas off my colleagues.
- I have a tendency to go down rabbit holes when I find a new, interesting piece of information.
- Striving for perfection. I don't like to leave things at "good enough".
